The easiest Halloween treat ever!
These cookies are hands down my favorite Halloween treat. Simply outline the inside circle of the underside of fudge strips with orange frosing and press a Hershey’s kiss into the icing, covering the center hole. Even better than that, my kids can make them. Super bonus!!!
