“My friend at work was eating this for her lunch one day and it looked and smelled so yummy. Of course, I had to get the recipe right away. When I made it at home, my family loved it. Success!!
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 green bell pepper – finely chopped
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 package buns
1) Brown turkey meat, drain off fat. Add green peppers and cook an additional 3 minutes or until tender.
2) Add barbecue sauce and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 – 10 minutes. Serve on buns.
