As heard on WROK – Ravioli with Artichoke Cream Sauce

Ravioli with Artichoke Cream Sauce

Makes 4 servings
Start to Finish: 30 minutes

“This is the yummiest dish EVER!! I know you’ve heard it before, but this time I SWEAR.”

1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts – drained & chopped
1/2 pint half and half
3 cloves garlic – minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 20-ounce package 4 cheese ravioli

1)  In a large skillet, combine artichoke hearts, half & half, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and parmesan.  Bring to simmer over low to medium heat.  Cook for about 6 – 7 minutes stirring often.

2)  Meanwhile, boil water for ravioli.  Cook according to directions on package.  Add cooked ravioli to sauce.  Toss well.  Sprinkle with nutmeg.
