“A mom at my kid’s school gave this recipe to me.  She has 3 boys and said they all loved it.  I have to say, I was a little hesitant, but my girls loved it too.  I don’t use can soups often, but there was no real way around it.”

1 loaf French bread
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 onion – chopped
3 cloves garlic – minced
1/2 green bell pepper – chopped
1 can Healthy Select cream of celery soup
4 slices Swiss cheese

1)  Preheat oven to 325.

2)  Slice bread lengthwise to remove top portion of bread and hollow out bottom of bread.  Save the bread you remove.

3)  Brown turkey, onion and garlic together.  Add green pepper.  Add soup and chunks of saved bread.

4)  Place meat mixture into hollowed loaf and top with slices of swiss cheese.  Replace top and wrap entire loaf in aluminum foil.  Bake at 325 for about 30 min.  Slice and enjoy!
