“This is one of my favorite grilled dishes.”
2 lbs beef flank steaks – skirt steak will work too
2 limes juiced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package flour tortillas
Shredded Cheddar cheese – for serving
Sour cream – for serving
Salsa – for serving
1) Cut the steak across the grain into 4 pieces.
2) In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Add steak pieces and marinade for 30 minutes.
3) Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning once.
4) Slice thinly and serve on flour tortillas with shredded cheddar, sour cream and salsa.
