Halloween Bean Dip

Ghoulishly Cool For Any Party

It will come as no surprise to most of you that I’ve found a way to turn my favorite party dish into a spooktacular dish.  It’s just my standard bean dip recipe dressed up with a few veggies to create a ghoulish looking face.  Every time I make this, it’s different.  It varies depending on my mood and what I have on hand.  You can do whatever you like.  This is the perfect dish to bring to any halloween party.

Dip:

    1 16-ounce can refried beans                                   
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese                                 
    1 8-ounce container sour cream                                 
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix                                  
    1 cup Cheddar cheese – shredded                                
    1 bag tortilla chips – for serving                             

1)  Combine beans, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.

2)  Spread evenly into a serving dish (round for the halloween flair) and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  Serve with tortilla chips.

Face:

Green bell pepper for eyes.

Stem of bell pepper for nose.

Black olives for eyes.

Red bell pepper for tongue and eyebrows.
